What is Tennis Elbow?

Tennis elbow is a condition which causes pain around the outside of the elbow.

Tennis elbow is often caused by overusing the muscles of the forearm. This causes the muscles and tendons to become Inflamed and painful ðŸ˜£

Symptoms include:

🔥Pain around the outside of the elbow, running down the forearm.
🔥Pain when lifting, gripping objects.
🔥Pain when catching/banging your elbow.
🔥Pain and weakness when twisting E.g. opening a door handle or jar.

Tennis elbow symptoms can be extremely painful and life changing, causing some people to give up their jobs.

However tennis elbow is treatable through Physiotherapy and exercises.

Oh and you don’t have to play tennis to develop tennis elbow ðŸ¤£!
